Why Choose Premier Realty Associates?

A :

Operating since 2003, we are one of the original brokerages for the home based agent. We have an independent network of 750+ agents throughout California that specializes in both Real Estate and Mortgages. Our agents are home based, which lowers our company expenses, and allows us to pay our agents a 100% commission split on all their closed Real Estate and Loan transactions. On every closed real estate transaction, the company split would be either $495 or 10% of the commission check, whichever is less (note: the minimum company fee is $195).

Also, we have a full time staff of nine employees, which is twice as much as any of our competition. Our staff has enabled us to be voted the best real estate agency in California for the home based agent. Other companies say they are there to help you be successful, we prove it by hiring the best staff people to help you with all of your questions and concerns.

 

Q :

What is required to join Premier Realty Associates?

A :

You must have a valid California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s license. You will need to sign and date all of our company contracts (using our esign system), and provide us with your original real estate license.

 

Q :

What will it cost to get started?

A :

There are NO start-up fees. However, you may want to place an order for business cards, and For Sale and Open House Signs. These usually take one to two weeks to be delivered to your home.

 

Q :

What are the total fees on real estate transactions?

A :

On all real estate transactions, there is a commission fee of $495 or 10% of the commission check, whichever is less. There is also a $125 admin fee. Your E&O insurance is covered as part of this admin fee. Additionally, you are required to use our in-house Transaction Coordinators on all real estate transactions. The fee for this is $295 and can get billed to your client or paid from your commission check. We have three full time transaction coordinators with over 25+ years of combined experience. They are here to help you with all of the required paperwork (contracts and disclosures) and to help you close your transaction and get paid.

 

Q :

When do I get paid?

A :

We pay the same day that we receive the check from escrow, providing that all files have been cleared through compliance. You can come by the office or have your check overnighted. You will be paid as an Independent Contractor, and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. If you use our in-house escrow company, we will wire your commission check directly into your checking account upon close of escrow.

 

Q :

What about signs and business cards?

A :

All Premier Realty Associates agents must use our trademark name and logo on all promotional/marketing material. We have agreements with business card, envelope, letterhead and sign companies. You will receive all ordering forms upon sign up.

 

Q :

Can I negotiate sales commissions for my clients?

A :

Yes, you determine the total fee’s for all your transactions. You are free to discount or rebate a portion of your commission on real estate and you determine the rates and commissions for your loans. This pricing freedom should help you be extremely competitive in today’s marketplace.

 

Q :

Can I get broker support when I need it?

A :

Yes, the company broker, John Lemkau is available 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday to help with any questions you might have. His philosophy is, “My agents are my clients”.

Does Premiere Realty Associates have an affiliation with USA Realty and Loans?

A :

Yes, both companies are under the same BRE License and Broker. The reason for two companies is that USA is designed for those agents who want to sell both real estate and loans. Premiere is for agents who only do real estate.
