Thank you for using our online E-sign system to join Premier Realty Associates. Please read the following documents carefully and sign or initial where prompted. On the left hand sign of the e-sign, you will see a green arrow. Simply click on that arrow to start. You will need to click on the appropriate box, and fill in the required information. Continue to click the “Next” button and fill in the information until you are done. To complete the process, you will need to click the green button at the bottom that says “Click to E-sign”.

You will be signing the following documents: (Note: if you would like to review these documents before signing, you can click the documents below)

• Document #1: Independent Contractor Agreement
• Document #2: Commission Agreement
• Document #3: Policies and Procedures Manual
• Document #4: Agent Contact Info

Upon completion, these documents will be sent directly to our company recruiter, where the process will be started to get you signed up with our company. We usually do this the same day. You will also get a copy of everything that you have signed. This will be sent directly to your email address. Please keep these documents for your records.

After submitting the contract there will be a link to our Welcome Video. This short 15 minute video will welcome you to our company, will show you how to do business with us, show you how to use our agent back office, and introduce you to our staff. Please take the time to watch this video, as it is very important to your success as a real estate agent with our company.
